Suzy's Place, located in the tranquil surroundings of Port Edward, is nestled amidst nature, making it an inviting getaway for adventurers and families alike. While we appreciated the rustic charm of the double room with its private patio, the overall upkeep did leave something to be desired; upon arrival, we encountered issues with cleanliness that required attention from the owner. The highlight of our stay was the serene garden, where we enjoyed our morning coffee, although the presence of the resident dogs meant sharing space-something to keep in mind for those with allergies. Despite minor setbacks, the staff proved to be extremely helpful, ensuring we felt taken care of. The proximity to local attractions, like the Wild Coast Golf Club just 7 km away, added to its allure. With a little more supervision, Suzy's Place could transform from a quaint retreat to an exceptional destination for like-minded travelers exploring the rugged beauty of the area.
